Put quite simply, we are in the business of sourcing or arranging loans for people like you. We only get paid by the lender when your loan completes, therefore the business is built around helping you to fulfill your financial requirements in the quickest and most straight forward manner and we back this up with the excellent level of service we offer.

All Purpose Loans is a licenced credit broker. These licences are issued by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and are a requirement, which allows us to carry on the business of loan or credit brokers. We abide by all guidelines issued by the OFT in relation to any part of our business.

All our loan processing is carried out by FISA registered loan brokers. (The Finance Industry Standards Association). We are proud to adhere strictly to the Code of Conduct issued by FISA as well as the requirements and obligations enforced by the OFT under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

For mortgage business all our processing is carried out under the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) number. The MCCB regulates the mortgage industry and enforces a strict code of conduct for all members to adhere to.

The way we store data is regulated by the Data Protection Act and monitored by the Data Protection Registrar. This ensures we use the data we hold in a responsible manner and also means the information we hold on all our customers meets with the DPA guidelines.
